Forged is a specialist automotive workshop and bespoke vehicle company focused on the Land Rover Defender.
From our facility in Knutsford, Cheshire, we work with Defender 90, 110 and 130 models across servicing, diagnostics, performance, styling, genuine JLR upgrades and complete bespoke builds.
Our approach is simple: we don't just sell parts. We understand the vehicle, select the right components and, when required, install and integrate them properly.

Forged was founded by British military veteran Stefan Maciejewski.
That background has shaped the standards behind the business: attention to detail, accountability and doing the job properly.
Today, those principles run through everything we do at Forged — whether we're carrying out routine maintenance on a daily-driven Defender or creating a completely bespoke high-performance build.

The latest Defender L663 has become the core of Forged.
We work across the Defender 90, Defender 110 and Defender 130, including V8, OCTA and the latest MY26 models.

As a JLR parts reseller, we can supply genuine components alongside premium brands such as PLUMB and other carefully selected manufacturers.
For larger projects, our team can bring those elements together into one complete vehicle.

Forged isn't simply a styling company.
Our background is in performance engineering, diagnostics and vehicle development.
That means when we're increasing power, changing an exhaust system, upgrading suspension or developing a high-performance Defender, we look at the vehicle as a complete system.

Cooling, fuelling, transmission, braking, suspension, tyres and reliability all matter.
It's this engineering-led approach that allows us to take on Defender projects ranging from subtle road upgrades to serious high-performance builds.
The Forged Workshop
Our online store is backed by a real specialist workshop.
Customers can purchase selected products for delivery, but much of what you see on the website can also be professionally installed by our technicians.
For more involved upgrades, we can manage the complete project — sourcing the components, installation, setup and final vehicle preparation.
This is particularly important for genuine electronic retrofits, performance modifications and bespoke projects where correct installation and integration matter just as much as the component itself.
PLUMB Defender Upgrades
Forged offers an extensive range of PLUMB products for the Defender L663, including the M-One and M-GT collections.
PLUMB sits at the premium end of the Defender market and is a natural fit for the type of vehicles we build.
Customers can purchase individual PLUMB components or work with Forged to create a complete PLUMB-equipped Defender.
MY26 & Defender OCTA
The Defender continues to evolve, and so does our catalogue.
We have dedicated ranges for the latest MY26 Defender and Defender OCTA, with compatibility checked more carefully than simply assuming that a component designed for an earlier L663 will fit.
This is particularly important with the OCTA, where changes to the body, chassis and factory specification mean some standard Defender products are not compatible.
If there is any doubt, we will confirm compatibility against the vehicle before supplying the part.
Complete Bespoke Defender Builds
For customers wanting something genuinely individual, Forged can manage a Defender transformation from concept through to completion.
A build can incorporate exterior styling, wheels, suspension, braking, performance, exhaust, carbon fibre, lighting, interior retrimming, audio and technology.
